Use: Adam Michael has this to say “Smelling the 2011 batch and the aroma is totally sunshine fruit fresh, tropical fruit sweet with delicate boozy hop infused fruit undertones. Reminiscent to me of pouring refrigerated pasteurised mango juice into a glass on a hot summer’s day and serving with lashings of ice cubes. And the 2012 batch gives me a lot of confidence because although the colour is still a pale olive green it is more of a gloopy liquid, moving like syrup – slow and sluggish. The scent of the 2012 batch is much more exotic fruity in the opening as well with barely any heat or spicy warmth. The batch I have for sale is year 2013 and I am writing this on the 20th November 2013.
