This product is an Essential Oil derived from the distillation of roots from a traditional Chinese Herb Medicine used to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis. The E.O is sweet and gourmand and has a high percentage of isovanillin. It has an interesting vanilla, almond, frangipani note. It is more stable regarding color than traditional ingredients containing vanillin.
