Use: Extrapone® Cinnamon contains the extract of Cinnamomum ceylanicum bark prepared in water and propylene glycol. Cinnamon has been traditionally used in Ayurveda. Cinnamon used for our Extrapone® is mainly collected in Sri Lanka. The bark is dried and if necessary comminuted. The extract is obtained by high-pressure extraction with natural carbonic acid and a filtration step. The concentrated extract is prepared in a mixture of water, propylene glycol, solubilizer and preservatives, and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Extrapone® Cinnamon contains the lipophilic ingredients of approx. 240 g dried, resp. approx. 1800 g fresh bark. Dried plant material – Extrapone® Cinnamon - ratio: 0.24 : 1. Fresh plant material – Extrapone® Cinnamon - ratio: 1.80 : 1.
