Glycerol Esters Of Wood Rosin(Ester Gum)
|
TIC Gums |
PINOVA™ ESTER GUM 8BG-HS
Flavor: characteristic Ester Gum 8BG-HS is the food-grade glycerol ester of wood rosin. It is an effective weighting agent for adjusting the density of citrus oils in beverages. Ester Gum 8BG-HS is a more readily soluble form of ester gum best suited as a weighting agent for difficult oils. Concentrations of up to 100 ppm in the finished beverage are permitted. Ester Gum 8BG is highly effective in imparting stability to a broad spectrum of cloudy, citrus-flavored beverages. It is recommended that Ester Gum 8BG be stored in its original packaging to prevent oxidation. Once the package has been opened, use in its entirety. |
