Use: It is a plant from the genus, Foeniculum and is a perennial herb with yellow flowers and feathery leaves. Its home is in the shores of the Mediterranean, but grows in different places in the world near the sea or on riverbanks. Many plants such as coriander or dill dislike the smell of fennel and have difficulty growing when they are planted near fennel.
