Use: Seabuckthorn fruit oil (virgin) is produced by cold expression from the fruit/berry of the Hippophae rhamnoides. The oil is subsequently filtered and results in a deep red-colored viscous oil with a pungent, characteristic odor. This oil is naturally rich in vitamins, essential fatty acids and nutrients such as omega 7 and vitamin E. It is a unique ingredient for topical applications and is recommended for damaged and/or dry skin. This undiluted oil could stain skin and/or surfaces, use with care. Will add beautiful color to your formulations, 1% to 3% is the recommended addition to creams and lotions and ½% to 1% in lip balms.
