      Extrapone® Peach contains the juice concentrate of Prunus persica (L.) Batsch. fruits prepared in propylene glycol and water. Peaches used for our Extrapone® are mainly cultivated in Italy and France. The ripe fruits are cleaned and comminuted. The juice is obtained by squeezing and filtration and is concentrated by distillation at low temperatures. The concentrated peach juice is prepared in a mixture of propylene glycol, water and preservatives and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Extrapone® Peach contains the juice of approx. 400 g fresh fruits.
