Extrapone® Fig GW
Life Essentials - Botanicals
Odor: characteristic
Use: Extrapone® Fig GW contains the extract of Ficus carica L. fruits prepared in glycerin and water. Figs used for our Extrapone® are harvested from fig trees mainly cultivated in Turkey. The fruits are dried, if necessary comminuted, extracted with methanol and filtrated. The filtrate is concentrated by distillation and thereby the methanol is completely removed. The concentrated extract is prepared in a mixture of glycerin, water and preservatives and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Extrapone® Fig GW contains the hydrophilic ingredients of approx. 30 g dried, resp. approx. 230 g fresh fruits. Dried plant material - Extrapone® Fig GW - ratio: 0.03 : 1. Fresh plant material - Extrapone® Fig GW - ratio: 0.23 : 1
