Odor: characteristic
Use: Extrapone® Thyme GW is an extract of dried thyme herb, prepared in water, glycerin and preservatives. Thyme (Thymus Vulgaris L.) used for our Extrapone® is mainly cultivated in Europe. The herb is harvested, cleaned and if necessary comminuted, extracted with water and ethanol (maceration/percolation) and filtrated. The filtrate is concentrated by distillation, prepared in a mixture of water, glycerin and preservatives and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Extrapone® Thyme GW contains the aqueous-alcoholic soluble ingredients of approx. 0.15 kg dried thyme herb respectively approx. 1 kg fresh thyme herb. Dried plant material - extract (Extrapone® Thyme GW) - ratio 0.15 : 1 Fresh plant material - extract (Extrapone® Thyme GW) - ratio 1 : 1
