| Silube T308-16
Odor: characteristic Use: Silube T308-16 is a water-insoluble, oil soluble silicone surfactant. The presence of a fatty
acid attached to a long chain silicone copolymer in Silube T308-16 provides excellent lubricity
and release properties in any water-based application. It gives excellent anti-wear results in
water based metal working fluids. It can be used in a wide variety of metal working
operations.
The combination of both alkyl groups and polyethers on the same silicone backbone makes
Silube T308-16 an excellent water-in-oil emulsifier. In personal care formulations it is
designed to be a cost effective emulsifier, wetting agent, and surface tension depressant for
skin care, sun care & make-up formulations. |
