Use: Adam Michael has this to say “Valerian is one material that if inhaled enough will make me faint, yes genuinely, the aroma really is not overly nice, in part due to the content of isovalerianic acid, which is reminiscent of sweaty feet and quite dominant. If you can overlook this then the aroma is also somewhat green, woody, medicinal, floral and I detect a musky note that reminds me a little of angelica root.
