SURFAPON AG-818
Odor: characteristic
Use: SURFAPON AG-818 is a nonionic, alkyl polyglycoside surfactant derived from corn and natural oils. It readily dilutes in water, and is particularly mild. As with most alkyl glucosides, not only is SURFAPON AG-818 very mild, but it also lowers a formulation’s overall irritation potential. As SURFAPON AG-818 additionally exhibits excellent foam and handling properties, it is an excellent option as a key surfactant in sulfate-free cleansers or as a secondary surfactant in conventional hair and body shampoos, bubble baths, and facial cleansers (including wipes).
