Schercomid™ OMI Monoalkanolamide
Odor: characteristic
Use: Schercomid™ OMI monoalkanolamide is a good viscosity enhancer and is predominantly used as a water-in-oil emulsifier and pigment dispersant. Schercomid OMI monoalkanolamide can also be easily incorporated into creams and lotions to achieve this effect. Schercomid OMI monoalkanolamide is used in shampoo formulations because of its ability to generate creamy, luxurious foam and impart slip and lubricity to hair. When used with surfactants and detergents it increases and stabilizes viscosity.
