diastereoisomer of cinchonine with distinct physiochemical properties. Alkaloid from the leaves of Olea europaea Cinchonidine is an alkaloid used in asymmetric synthesis in organic chemistry. It is a stereoisomer and pseudo-enantiomer of cinchonine.
