Tetrasodium Salt EDTA – Dissolvine® 220-S
Odor: bland
Use: Dissolvine 220-S, EDTA tetrasodium salt, C10H12N2Na4O8 4H2O, is a versatile non-hygroscopic sequestering agent, forming stable, water-soluble chelates with polyvalent metal ions in a wide pH range. Dissolvine 220-S is valuable due to its high purity. Depending on the application area, Dissolvine 220-S can funcition as harness controller, stabilizer, potentiator, metal remover, scale dissolver, as well as bleach (and dye) stabilizer. With one of its main uses within the Personal Care industry, Tetrasodium Salt is often used in products such as: Bath & Shower Products, Color Cosmetic, Ethnic Hair Products, Hair Color/Dye, Hair Gel, Hair Spray, Mousse, Powder, Shampoo, Styling Product, Treatment, Wipes etc.
