Odor: characteristic
Use: Actipone® Angelica Root (Dang Gui) contains an extract of angelica roots prepared in buylene glycol and water. Angelica (Angelica polymorpha Maxim. var. sinensis Oliv.) used for our Actipone® is mainly cultivated in China. The roots are collected, cleaned, dried and if necessary comminuted, aqueously extracted and filtrated. The filtrate is concentrated by distillation and carefully spray-dried. The powder concentrate is prepared in a mixture of water, butylene glycol and preservatives and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Actipone® Angelica Root (Dang Gui) contains the water-soluble ingredients of approx. 0.09 kg dried angelica roots. Dry plant material - extract (Actipone®) - ratio approx. 0.09:1. Actipone® Angelica Root (Dang Gui) shows glutathione enhancing (anti-aging) properties (in vitro).
