Use: Extrapone® Passion Flower contains the extract of Passiflora incarnata L. herb prepared in water and propylene glycol. Passion flower used for our Extrapone® is mainly cultivated in France. The herb is dried, if necessary comminuted, extracted with water and filtrated. The filtrate is concentrated by distillation. The concentrated extract is prepared in a mixture of water, propylene glycol and preservatives and clear filtrated after an individual ripening time. 1 kg Extrapone® Passion Flower contains the hydrophilic ingredients of approx. 150 g dried, resp. approx. 1100 g fresh herb. Dried plant material – Extrapone® Passion Flower - ratio: 0.15 : 1. Fresh plant material – Extrapone® Passion Flower - ratio: 1.10 : 1
